We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Help / Line Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus.(Primarily Wings,Burgers and Apps) Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals. Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques. Adapt recipes as necessary to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences. Asist with Dishwashing and general kitchen duties as needed.

Requirements

knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations, including proper food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
