Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed. Assist in food preparation tasks as required, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow during peak hours. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the kitchen supervisor promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling practices, and sanitation standards is a plus. Experience in food preparation or cooking can enhance your candidacy for this role. A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
