Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of menu items. Support other kitchen staff as needed, including dishwashing and food prep tasks.

Experience

Must have food and health safety certification

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting. Basic knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques are advantageous.
