We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various installation and construction tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both technical skills and hands-on experience. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality installations while adhering to safety standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements. Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for structural projects. Execute cabinet installation, flooring installation, and tile laying with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery effectively for various tasks. Conduct construction painting and siding installation as part of exterior projects. Engage in masonry work, ensuring quality craftsmanship in all installations. Provide maintenance person services including plumbing and electrical work as needed. Assist in restoration projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related fields is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction practices and techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various installations. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in roofing, caulking, assembly, or restoration is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
