Sanitizing and stocking work station to ensure the area is clean and prepared for the shift
Managing food order slips and ensuring that customers' orders are completed on time
Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and preparing menu food items
Washing dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
Monitor inventory and communicate with the Manager when stock and supplies are running low
Other duties assigned by Manager
Must be able to work evenings/weekends and holidays
Skills/Qualifications
1 year preferred experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment
Attention to detail/quality
Ability to perform well under pressure and work quickly and efficiently
Knowledge of cooking techniques and methods
Strong communication
Time Management
Team player
Understanding of health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and storage
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
