Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing produce and other food items. Support chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks as needed. Restock supplies and ingredients to maintain inventory levels throughout shifts. Dispose of waste properly and ensure the kitchen remains tidy at all times. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for kitchen tools and equipment. Assist with setting up dining areas or serving stations when required. Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving supplies up to 25 pounds. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Must be at least 18 years old or older, depending on local regulations regarding food handling positions.
