Overview
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This position involves working in a beautiful retreat setting where you will assist with meal preparation, food handling, serving and cleaning. Your ability to pleasantly relate to customers and make them feel at ease will help us maintain our reputation for excellent service.
Duties
Serving meals. sometimes assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality service. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Experience in serving or customer-facing roles is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience. Give off pleasant energy to customers.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $17.20-$28.38 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
