Oversee daily service and keep things running smoothly
Support servers and help during rush hours
Resolve customer concerns and special requests
Assign tables and manage staff flow
Help train new staff and maintain high FOH standards
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
2+ years experience in a lead server or supervisor role
Smart Serve certification is prefered
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Available evenings, weekends, and busy periods
Must have a valid Canadian work permit
