Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, leadership skills, and experience in the hospitality industry.
Duties
- Oversee food preparation and service operations
- Interview, hire, and train dietary staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies
- Supervise kitchen staff in food handling and preparation
- Utilize POS systems for transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to residents or guests
Experience
Required Skills:
- Experience in food handling and preparation
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to interview, hire, and train staff
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bartending experience
- Previous roles in hotel or restaurant management
