VIRTUIAL REALITY & Ride on Animals

Mostly needed for morning shifts 10am - 3pm

evenings and weekend as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Sell and promote products and services to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area - attend kiosk area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and security

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or cashiering experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
