Le role de

Gestionnaire principal de campagnes, Medias sociaux payants

est responsable de la performance globale du compte et de l'execution des campagnes. Son objectif est d'offrir une expertise de premier ordre et des recommandations qui maximisent les resultats.


Principales responsabilites




Collaborer avec le Directeur associe pour fournir des analyses qui alimentent les appels d'offres (RFP), presentations, propositions et recommandations strategiques. Elaborer des livrables et rapports de haute qualite pour les clients, en utilisant les technologies et plateformes disponibles. Etre un expert des medias sociaux payants, capable de denicher les meilleures solutions pour les clients et de se tenir a jour sur les nouveaux outils et technologies pertinents pour une strategie media complete. Gerer et superviser la mise en place et l'execution des campagnes. Suivre les calendriers creatifs et le budget des campagnes. Assurer la coherence des specifications publicitaires et des objectifs de campagne. Savoir gerer avec succes les campagnes du haut et du milieu de l'entonnoir, directement liees au succes du bas de l'entonnoir. Extraire des rapports, preparer des analyses pertinentes et formuler des recommandations claires dans les presentations. Former les equipes de l'agence et les clients aux meilleures pratiques et exigences liees aux objectifs des campagnes. Surveiller les objectifs et indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) pour un portefeuille de clients afin d'assurer la livraison complete et ponctuelle des campagnes. Etablir des relations solides et collaboratives avec le client, les equipes de planification et les unites d'affaires specialisees (SBU). Travailler avec le Directeur associe pour solliciter des propositions aupres des partenaires medias et coordonner avec les unites d'affaires specialisees au besoin. Soutenir le maintien de relations respectueuses et mutuellement benefiques avec les partenaires. Gerer la facturation et le suivi budgetaire. Assurer l'execution du plan : evaluer regulierement la performance des campagnes, optimiser proactivement, fournir des rapports post-campagne et garantir une activation digitale sans faille.

Competences et experience souhaitees




Formation ou experience professionnelle en marketing ou publicite un atout. 3-4 ans d'experience dans la gestion de campagnes medias sociaux payantes. Connaissance approfondie du secteur des medias numeriques. Comprehension complete des roles des differents canaux digitaux et des campagnes a entonnoir complet. Maitrise des plateformes sociales : Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat. Grande capacite a gerer des budgets variables et obtenir les approbations necessaires. Experience prealable en agence publicitaire ou avec un partenaire media. Connaissances en trafficking et analyse d'audience sont un plus. Capacite demontree a appliquer efficacement les connaissances issues de la recherche. Passion pour les tests, les donnees, les medias emergents et la mesure. Agilite professionnelle avec un desir constant d'apprentissage. Orientation client et service. Approche proactive face aux defis, entraide, developpement personnel, etc. Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale. Sens de l'organisation tres developpe avec souci du detail et precision. Capacite a travailler en equipe et de facon autonome. Aptitude a developper et entretenir des relations avec les partenaires medias. Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Position Summary





The role of the Senior Campaign Manager, Paid Social is responsible for the overall account performance and execution. Their goal is to provide best in class expertise and recommendations that drive performance.


Key Responsibilities




Partner with the Associate Director to provide insights that inform request for proposals (RFPs), decks, proposals and planning recommendations.

Develop best in class deliverables/reporting to clients, from available technology platforms and services.

Be an expert in paid social capabilities, ability to find best in class solutions for the clients and being up-to-date with the upcoming tools/tech solutions that would work for their full-funnel media strategy.

Manage and oversee campaign set up and execution.

Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgeting.

Ensure consistency of ad specs/campaign objectives.

Ability to successfully manage Top- and Mid-Funnel campaigns directly linked to Bottom-Funnel success.

Pull reports, prepare meaningful insights and recommendations and communicate these effectively in presentations.

Educate agency teams and clients on best practices and campaign objective requirements.

Monitor the goals and key performance indicators (KPI's) for a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and complete delivery of campaigns.

Create strong collaborative relationships with the client, planning teams, and specialty business units (SBUs).

Partner with Associate Director to source proposals from media partners and liaise with Specialty Business Units (SBUs) as required. Support with maintaining respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with partners.

Ensure invoice clearing and budget management.

Driving the execution of the plan - regularly evaluate campaign performance, proactively optimize campaigns, provide campaign post reports and ensure flawless campaign setup and digital activation.

Desired Skills & Experience




Professional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising would give leverage to this application.

3-4 years of experience in executing paid social campaigns.

Proven in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry.

Full understanding of the roles of various digital channels and full-funnel campaigns.

Proficient in social platforms: Meta (Facebook/ Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat.

Strong ability to manage fluid budgets and acquiring required signoffs.

Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner.

Understanding trafficking and audience insights is an asset.

Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge and insights gained from research resources.

Passion for testing, data, emerging media, and measurement.

Professional learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.

Client-facing and service oriented. Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.

Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
