Consult with other health care professionals to evaluate treatment plans Interview patients Record observations Review reports from health care professionals to determine patients' current and potential functioning levels Write progress reports Prepare a treatment plan for each patient Provide education to clients regarding health promotion and injury prevention, management and treatment Implement treatment plans Analyze the patient during the treatments Initiate, design and implement specialized therapy programs Conduct research in the field of specialization Design specialized therapy programs to maintain, rehabilitate or enhance movement, musculoskeletal functioning and performance in sports, work and recreation Plan rehabilitation programs with offenders Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families
