September 2025 with a minimum of 2 days/week. Clinic hours are opened Monday to Friday 7am-7pm and reduced hours on Saturdays.

50% fee split, approx $60/hour

Kinesiology consists of private pay kinesiology/personal training and ICBC covered Kinesiology. Referrals can come through our medical and allied clinics in addition to the community. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patients' exercise prescription programs. A broad range of clients will be received with varying functional capacity, disability, comorbidities and injury history (ex. MVA, sport, concussion, peri-surgical). You will be working closely with our medical and allied health teams.
Qualifications
A minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field (Human Kinetics, Exercise Physiology, or Exercise Science)
Registered with BCAK
Commercial liability and 2 million dollars of personal liability insurance
CPR certification is up to date
Personal/group training experience for at least 2 years
You are personally engaging in sport, recreation and resistance training and are familiar with using barbells and dumbbells, functional testing and exercise programming
Assets
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or related certifications
Other specialized movement training (ie. Pilates, Somatic Therapy, etc.)
Chronic pain experience is a great asset but not required. You will be provided mentorship if needed
