Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong ability to educate students in various subjects, with a focus on Kick Boxing instruction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively, fostering a positive learning environment.

Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of students. Instruct students in swimming techniques, safety practices, and water confidence. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to achieve their goals. Maintain a safe and clean instructional environment in compliance with safety regulations. Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and any concerns.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Kick Boxing techniques and safety protocols. Excellent educational skills with the ability to convey information clearly. Patience and adaptability to cater to different learning styles. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of all ages. Ability to motivate and inspire students in their learning journey. Previous experience in teaching or coaching is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
