At 9Round, our mission is simple: Making members stronger in 30 minutes, both physically and mentally. We're dedicated to enriching people's lives through our kickboxing fitness program, and we need team members who are equally committed to helping our members reach their full potential.

Join Our Team as an On-Call Kickboxing Fitness Instructor

Do you want to help people grow stronger every day while working in a dynamic, high-energy environment? We are looking for motivated individuals who are excited about delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members--whenever we need you! No kickboxing experience is required, and we provide full training. Sales and customer service backgrounds are a plus, with some work experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Training:

+ Provide high-energy, personalized kickboxing training to members.
+ Demonstrate exercises and ensure each workout is effective and safe.
+ Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a positive, supportive environment.

Selling:

+ Convert first-time workouts into full membership sign-ups, promoting the benefits of 9Round to potential members.

Cleaning:

+ Ensure the gym is clean and organized at all times. Follow a cleaning schedule to maintain a welcoming, sanitary environment for all members.

Key Success Factors:

Proficient at sales and customer service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. Ability to adapt and thrive in a flexible, on-call role. Professionalism and a positive, outgoing demeanor. Physically fit and committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Marketing campaign experience is a plus.
