In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the store manager in daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation. Oversee inventory management Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability. Maintain effective communication with team members to foster collaboration and resolve issues promptly. Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role with demonstrated skills in:

Retail sales and customer service excellence. Time management capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results.
