The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties
Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of performance in customer service and sales.
Handle cash management tasks including cash handling, payroll processing, and bookkeeping.
Implement marketing strategies to promote store initiatives and drive foot traffic.
Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team.
Maintain effective communication with team members to foster a positive work environment.
Monitor sales performance and assist in budgeting to achieve financial goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of store presentation.
Skills
