We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Key Holder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge. Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and time management skills.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and register operations. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
