Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the store independently, ensuring a secure and efficient operation Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert recommendations on whole bean coffee, tea, brewing equipment, and accessories Assist customers with finding the right products for their coffee and tea needs Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the register Restock shelves and maintain an organized, tidy store Help with inventory management and ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked Assist with training and supporting new team members Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions to provide knowledgeable service

What We're Looking For:

Full availability, including weekends and some holidays A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills Dependable, especially when it comes to cash handling and store security A fast learner who is eager to absorb product knowledge and new store procedures Previous retail experience A positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine interest in coffee, tea, and related products
