In parallel to the above investments, Kerry is recruiting for the role Key Accounts Manager for our Bio-K+ site in Laval (Quebec).
Bio-K+'s history began over 30 years ago, with the discovery of three remarkable and unique probiotic strains. Ever since our humble beginnings in the 1990s, our mission has always been focused on promoting people's health through food and science. Over our +30 years of history, we grew from 10 employees to a global company, owned by the renowned Kerry Group. The business expanded from a Quebec-based natural health food outlet to an international network of pharmacies, health food and grocery stores and hospitals in Canada and the United States. Canada is where Bio-K+ was born. The brand has a strong presence in Quebec region as the "#1 recommended probiotic brand in Quebec" 8 years in a roll. The rest of Canada is still a big opportunity for the brand to increase awareness and drive stronger sales. In the U.S. we are very strong in the natural channel (i.e. Whole Foods, Sprouts). We have ambition to grow in Food, Drug and mass channels.
About the role
Relevant du Directeur des ventes - Canada, vous serez responsable de la gestion des comptes cles nationaux et regionaux existants, des distributeurs et des agents, ainsi que du developpement strategique de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires dans les secteurs de la pharmacie et de l'epicerie. Le role du gestionnaire de comptes cles est de traduire les objectifs de l'entreprise en plans d'action client, a travers des revues de categories, des programmes de marketing commercial, l'optimisation de la distribution et des initiatives de marchandisage, le tout dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes de l'entreprise.
Le gestionnaire de comptes cles fera partie integrante de l'equipe des ventes canadienne. Vous serez le point de contact principal pour certains des detaillants et agents les plus importants. Vous possedez de fortes competences analytiques pour identifier les opportunites d'affaires et les ecarts via l'analyse des donnees de points de vente (POS) et des rapports internes, et vous etablirez des previsions solides sur 18 mois pour vos comptes. Vous etes un batisseur de relations aguerri, capable de gerer a la fois les demandes des clients et les opportunites de croissance. Vous contribuerez activement aux ventes canadiennes et ferez preuve de leadership dans votre portefeuille d'affaires.
