Role Summary
As the Key Account Specialist (KAS) - Chains, you will be responsible for the day-to-day account maintenance of Eminence's Chain Spa Partners and supporting the growth of Eminence's existing and new Chain business. In this role, you will support Eminence's attendance at key networking events (e.g.) ISPA, SPATEC, Green Spa, Global Beauty Exchange) with the goal of nurturing existing account relationships and developing new account partnerships. You will also be the main point of contact for order processing and work closely with the Inside Sales Team to ensure order accuracy. As the Key Account Specialist (KAS) - Chains, you will report directly to the Key Account Manager (KAM) - Chains and indirectly to the Director of Business Development.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Chain accounts to achieve revenue forecasts
Provide information to Chain Spa Partners regarding product launches, new non-launch items (product/print) and any pricing updates
Maintain a high level of knowledge of Eminence's products and services to ensure all Chain accounts are provided with accurate information
Demonstrate a full understanding of each Chain Spa Partner's custom Sales Programs
Monitor potential gaps in each Chain's SKU selections
Receive orders from purchasing departments and find opportunities for upselling
Submit orders to ISR Team for processing and field any incoming questions
Partner with Chain Spa Partners on special event and promotion logistics
Assist in updating each Chain's centralized ordering system to ensure pricing and product information is current and correct
Attend in-person and virtual Tradeshows & Networking Events, as needed and conduct subsequent Lead follow-up
Support with the Networking Event meeting selection process and overall event preparation
Facilitate the process of qualifying and opening new Chains, including coordination with KAM, the Outside Sales Team, sample orders, opening order product selection and opening order paperwork
Qualifications
Inside Sales or Account Management experience (particularly in a Call Centre environment) - minimum 2 years
Customer Service experience - minimum 3 years
Tradeshow and Networking Event organization experience - preferred
Business Development or Lead Generation experience preferred
Project management experience - preferred
Request for Proposal (RFP) experience - preferred
Esthetic industry experience - an asset
Exceptional written/oral communication and proficiency in MS Office (intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective time management, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational ability
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities
