Evolution Wheel has been consistently releasing new products to market and developing new business, we are looking for a key account manager who can further accelerate the successes we have already experienced. The key account manager is responsible for identifying new and current accounts with opportunity for high growth potential. These include dealers, large end users including rental companies and OEM partnerships, all with potential for reoccurring business.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with prospecting new business and developing relationships where there was previously no relationship. Using the most current prospecting techniques in todays sales environment will be key to your success.

You will have access to an existing customer database and be tasked to develop and grow some of our larger customers. These will help point you in the direction of where to look next for new opportunities as you better understand the type of customer the company serves best.

Key Responsibilities Include:



Re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with current small to medium-sized customers to increase repeat business Plan customer repeat purchase timelines based on customer conversations and scheduling follow ups Use prospecting techniques to develop new business and develop relationships Determine customer requirements through needs analysis and provide solutions/recommendations Maintain sales CRM system ensuring timely and accurate sales information is provided Administer sales processes and systems including weekly call plans, emails, quotes, call reports and other duties. Average of 70 calls and 30 emails per day. Attend tradeshows to promote product line and generate new leads

What we're looking for:



3+ years' experience in a sales environment Technical/mechanical knowledge of Construction and Agriculture equipment Post-Secondary Education and a technical or business background is a plus Construction/mining equipment market knowledge and/or practical experience with equipment Experience following a sales process and using a CRM to schedule sales activity Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills using phone and email Highly organized with proven analytical aptitude, attention to detail and a sense of urgency Self-motivated, independent and a team player with strong initiative and mindset for continuous improvement Computer and systems literate with high proficiencies with Excel and Word Knowledge of Hubspot CRM systems is a plus Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
