You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondel?z International and the customer.

How you will contribute




You will:

Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer. Execute the strategy for the customer Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan). Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

Vos responsabilites :


oEtablir et entretenir des relations generales avec les clients a tous les niveaux, en mettant l'accent sur l'etablissement de relations a un niveau approprie au sein de la structure du client


oExecuter la strategie pour le client


oAssurer la mise en oeuvre du plan d'affaires conjoint du client (PACC)


oOptimiser l'utilisation des ressources afin d'accroitre la rentabilite des operations

oRelationship Building & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility, with clear and confident communication abilities (written and verbal).


oCommercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy (forecasting, ROI analysis, RGM), and ability to analyze data (scan, shipment, syndicated (i.e. Nielsen). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance) and strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives and customer programs.


oAnalytical & Data-Driven Thinking: Comfort with data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce TPM) and ability to translate data into compelling stories.


oStrategic Account Management: Proven success in managing national accounts, developing, and executing annual business plans.

Education / Certifications:




Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)


Job specific requirements:




o4-6 years of progressive CPG experience (strongly preferred).


oBonus Requirement - Metro Expertise: Deep understanding of Metro systems and familiarity with their organizational structure and planning cycles.

Travel requirements:



Ability to come to the office 2-3 times a week and attend customer meetings, as required.

oGestion strategique des comptes : succes avere dans la gestion des comptes nationaux, ainsi que dans l'elaboration et l'execution des plans d'affaires annuels

Education/Certifications :




oBaccalaureat en commerce, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe (MBA un atout)


Exigences specifiques au poste :




o4 a 6 ans d'experience progressive dans le secteur des biens de consommation de consommation courante (de preference)


oExigence bonus -- expertise Metro : connaissance approfondie des systemes Metro et familiarite avec la structure organisationnelle et leurs cycles de planification


Exigences en matiere de voyage :




oDisponibilite pour se rendre au bureau 2 a 3 fois par semaine et assister aux reunions clients au besoin
