Are you highly skilled in Excel, passionate about retail, and adept at translating data into actionable strategies? We're seeking a Key Account Manager to lead one of our premier national retail accounts--someone who combines strategic vision, analytical expertise, and operational excellence.

About this role:

In this role, you'll take full ownership of a major retail partnership--from initial pitch through to daily operations and long-term growth. Your sharp eye for detail and strong Excel skills will be crucial in tracking performance, optimizing programs, and driving results across thousands of stores.

Key responsibilities:

Managing the full lifecycle of the retail account--from onboarding to rollout and beyond Using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, forecasting tools) to track sales, inventory, and program KPIs Delivering clear, data-driven insights to both internal teams and retail partners Developing and executing sell-in strategies, promotional plans, and growth roadmaps Coordinating across departments (logistics, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution Spotting opportunities for product placement, expansion, and increased ROI Continuously monitoring performance and recommending solutions for improvement

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing national or key retail accounts Expert-level Excel skills--you're comfortable working with large data sets and building reports from scratch Strong understanding of retail metrics (sell-through, margin, inventory turns, etc.) Strategic mindset with a knack for follow-through and execution Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
