Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Key Account Manager on a permanent full-time basis on our Ag Solutions team. This position is a remote opportunity and is based in the greater Regina, SK.

What you'll do:

Represent the Ag Solutions vision and brand as a holistic entity, foster and enable two-way communication, and lead with a customer-centric (both local Co-op and farm customer) approach in all business interactions. Develop and maintain strong, and trusted advisory relationships with key retail influencers (GM's/CEO's); bring both quantitative and qualitative value to the CRS by understanding their needs. Ensure operational KPIs are identified and included in the business plan; measure, track, and report on KPIs; apply continuous improvement logic to operational KPIs. Coach local teams on Ag Solutions sales through understanding how to leverage differentiated offers, exclusive brands, and operational campaigns with accompanying tools and resources.

The Team:

You will work closely with General Managers, Operations Managers, Division Managers, Agro Managers and Agronomists and will report into the Senior Manager, Key Accounts. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, expertise, and results.

Our Agro team helps to feed and grow Western Canadian communities by sourcing and distributing products and services to local Co-ops in the feed, crop supplies and fertilizer business.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:


Have 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in sales, including 3 + years in the agriculture industry, preference in Ag Equipment. Have a bachelor's degree in agriculture or business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
