  • We are a US-based SAAS firm targeting the accounting industry. In other words, we use technology to solve business problems for accounting firms - we are not accountants. For you, this means you will be communicating with accountants about their business processes and helping them see the value in our software which can help them grow their business and revenue. You are not expected to be an accountant, know how to do accounting or even be good at math.
  • Our team is 300+ people (in over 40 countries!) - we are a distributed team built on the principle of self-management
  • Access to management - you will be working closely with the chief revenue officer (along with the sales & marketing team) in a collaborative work environment

Your job is to convey that benefit and expand our market share.Position Overview:The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company\xe2\x80\x99s most important clients. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive long-term business growth.The RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs.
Ideal ProfileQualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Key account management, Customer success management or a similar role in Saas
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
