On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.
With over 30 years of experience, our client is one of the biggest and best Craft Brewers out there! Having hired a strong new leadership team, they are currently looking to hire an experienced Key Account Representative to look after and grow some of their important accounts. This is the opportunity to work and grow in a $14B industry!
About the Role: Key Account Manager
- Selling beer and cider products into key decision makers (owners, managers, etc) at chain retailers, as well as on-premise accounts (chain bars, restaurants, etc)
- Focused on maintaining and growing existing Key Accounts nationally for the business
- Reporting into the VP of Sales
- Measured on YoY growth within your Accounts
- 3+ Years of B2B Territory Sales Experience selling into the hospitality sector (ideally in Beer, Wine, and Spirits)
- Highly driven individual with a proven track record of thrives in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
- Strong communicator and natural networker
- Passionate about good BEER!
