We are seeking a detail-oriented
Key Account Coordinator
to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and production teams. This role ensures that client orders are accurately captured, processed, produced, and delivered on time while maintaining clear communication and high levels of service. We are looking for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for key clients, gathering project requirements and clarifying details to ensure accurate orders.
Create and manage work orders, entering client specifications into production systems.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely completion and shipment of products.
Monitor project progress, addressing questions or issues promptly to maintain quality and deadlines.
Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on order status, expected delivery dates, and any adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of orders, production schedules, and client communications.
Support problem-solving for any production or delivery issues, escalating as necessary.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in account coordination, customer service, or production scheduling, preferably in printing, signage, or manufacturing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and internal coordination.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with order/production tracking systems.
Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
