Provides first-rate, quality guest service to all guests through efficient and timely assistance by performing the following duties to the standard of The Jurassic World Experience. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week Pay: $16.50 per hour Schedule:
- Greets ALL guests warmly and genuinely and in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform a pre prepared brief script for all guests.
- Engages all guests by creating an environment that is immersive and representative of the Jurassic World Brand experience.
- Demonstrates a collaborative, team attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times.
- Builds and maintains a thorough understanding of the retail/exhibit product and price information to assist guest purchases.
- Promotes and sells products through suggestive sales techniques to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Reports any discrepancies to management.
- Operates POS register and completes transactions according to company procedures and policies and ensuring accuracy.
- Assists with merchandise inventory stocking as needed
- Maintains a neat, clean and safe environment.
- Reports any theft or suspected theft and safety concerns observed of guests or employees to management immediately.
- Attends scheduled company meetings as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
