Base starting wage: $16/hr

Average total earnings: $19-$23+ /hr

What You'll Be Doing:

Start each day at our SE Edmonton office and head out on routes with your team Arrive at customer locations and deliver a

professional, friendly first impression

Assess the job and

provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate

Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and

overcome objections to close the sale

Safely remove junk from homes and businesses Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude
This Role Is Perfect for You If You:


Enjoy talking with customers and building rapport

Are comfortable discussing price and learning sales techniques

What We're Looking For:

- 19+ years old

(insurance requirement)

- Valid driver's license

with a clean driving record (past 3 years)

Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)
Physically able to lift

50+ lbs repeatedly

Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow

No previous junk removal experience required -- we train you!
