We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized

Technical Assistant

to support our office operations. This role involves providing administrative support, managing communication channels, and assisting with various clerical and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a must, as well as experience with office management and customer support functions. Duties



Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure accuracy of documents and records. Creating purchase orders for projects Use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office management tools for daily tasks such as calendar management, document creation, and correspondence Support bookkeeping by keeping track of employee hours spent on projects Assist with customer service inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent support and support documentation Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars for staff or executives Handle administrative responsibilities such as filing, organizing office supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness Provide personal assistant support as needed to executives or team members

Experience



Prior office management or administrative experience preferred Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and data entry software Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual communication skills are a must for supporting diverse clients or staff Previous roles in clerical positions demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office procedures is highly desirable Personal assistant experience background will be considered an asset

Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Technique rigoureux(se), tres organise(e) et oriente(e) detail pour soutenir les operations de notre bureau. Ce poste consiste a fournir un soutien administratif, gerer les canaux de communication et assister dans diverses taches administratives et de service client. Le/la candidat(e) ideal(e) possede une excellente maitrise de l'informatique, de solides competences organisationnelles et la capacite a gerer plusieurs taches efficacement dans un environnement dynamique. La maitrise de deux langues est indispensable, tout comme une experience en gestion de bureau et en support client. Ce poste offre l'opportunite d'evoluer dans un cadre professionnel ou le sens du detail et la resolution proactive de problemes sont hautement valorises.

Missions principales



Effectuer la saisie de donnees, le classement et la relecture afin de garantir l'exactitude des documents et des dossiers. Creer des bons de commande pour les projets. Utiliser la suite Microsoft Office, Google Workspace et d'autres outils de gestion de bureau pour les taches quotidiennes : gestion d'agenda, creation de documents, correspondance, etc. Participer a la tenue de la comptabilite en suivant les heures passees par les employes sur les projets. Repondre aux demandes de service client par telephone, e-mail ou en personne, en offrant un support de qualite et en produisant les documents necessaires. Coordonner les rendez-vous, planifier les reunions et gerer les agendas du personnel ou des dirigeants. Assurer les taches administratives courantes : classement, organisation des fournitures de bureau, maintien de la proprete des locaux. Fournir un soutien d'assistant(e) personnel(le) aux dirigeants ou aux membres de l'equipe selon les besoins.

Profil recherche



Experience prealable en gestion de bureau ou en assistance administrative souhaitee. Excellente maitrise des outils informatiques, notamment Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) et logiciels de saisie de donnees. Une experience avec QuickBooks ou en comptabilite est un atout apprecie. Tres bonnes capacites d'organisation et de priorisation des taches. Maitrise obligatoire de deux langues (bilinguisme) pour accompagner une clientele ou une equipe diversifiee. Experience anterieure dans des postes administratifs demontrant professionnalisme et excellentes competences en communication. La connaissance des operations d'accueil, des standardistes multi-lignes et des procedures de bureau est fortement souhaitee. Une experience en tant qu'assistant(e) personnel(le) sera consideree comme un avantage supplementaire.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
