Responsibilities



Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring high standards of quality and safety Support banquet and catering operations, helping coordinate event setups and service Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance and ensuring smooth workflow Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Help with menu planning and execution, contributing creative ideas for seasonal or special offerings Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Contribute to kitchen management tasks such as shift management, ensuring timely service and efficient operations

Requirements



Previous experience in banquet service , conference Centre is highly desirable Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in a hospitality setting Knowledge of dietary requirements and food production processes Strong background in food handling, preparation, and kitchen management Familiarity with inventory management and control techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team Passion for culinary arts, hospitality, and delivering outstanding customer service Experience in catering, restaurant operations, or food service management is preferred Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic understanding of food safety regulations and bartending skills are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
