What You'll Do
Designing, coding and modifying web-applications, including UI, client functions and server functions
Writing well-designed, testable, efficient code by using LDD development technologies and platform
Creating website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them to operations and activities
Developing appropriate code structures to solve specific tasks
Fixing bugs, troubleshooting and resolving problems
Assuming ownership of code throughout development, staging, testing and production including, without limitation:
Maintaining, enhancing and developing outward-facing applications that are used by LDD user clients (such as law firms in Canada and title agents in the U.S.)
Ensuring that third-party applications used by LDD in its business functions (inward-facing systems such as Twillio web-based telephone system and ZOHO CRM system) work together in an integrated fashion with each other and with our outward-facing applications to achieve the maximum level of functionality and data flows freely between these applications.
Skillset
Computer Science or Computer Engineering Degree (or equivalent experience).
Experience in React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Docker, Git, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap

This is a full in-person role at LDD's centrally located Toronto office. The expected base pay range for this position is $70,000 CAD to $80,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience.
