About the Role
We are seeking a
Junior Software Developer
to join our Research & Development team and contribute to building intelligent, scalable solutions that power our workforce management products. This role is ideal for an early-career developer with practical experience integrating AI models, building ML workflows, or implementing intelligent application features.
You will work closely with senior engineers to build, test, and maintain web and backend systems that support vacation planning, shift management, and advanced scheduling--core to our mission of simplifying workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web and backend features using
Vue.js
and
.NET 9
Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software features that leverage
AI and machine learning
Integrate
Azure OpenAI services
(GPT-based models, embeddings, etc.) into product workflows
Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement APIs and services that interact with AI models
Support data preparation tasks such as cleaning, labeling, and validating datasets
Translate prototypes into scalable, production-ready applications
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions
Write clean, maintainable code using modern frameworks and best practices
