A live and engaged RUWT social media platform that reinforces brand tone, community, with like-minded audience aware and brought in (increase of followers list and waitlist sign up)
Key Activities:
Plan and execute Instagram strategy
Conceptualize and assist in content creation
Ensure visual + narrative grid is cohesive, with lens of positioning RUWT within the cultural zeitgeist (slow living, design, sensory art)
Engage with social media audience (IG and Substack)
Monitor social media channels for industry trends
Post on social media platforms (i.e. Tiktok, Instagram)
Write compelling copy in alignment with brand voice
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics to reach KPI's
Attend bimonthly events to capture behind-the-scenes
Skillset Overview
Deep understanding of RUWT's playful, sensory, cinematic, slow-living ethos
Talent for translating feelings into narrative
Emotional intelligence + hospitality mindset when engaging with audience
Studying in marketing, hospitality/tourism, communications, fashion, psychology or related field
1+ years of video editing on CapCut, InShot or similar platforms
Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) is an asset, but not required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 5 per week
