Overview

An Aviation Company in Concord requires an exceptionally motivated Full-Time dedicated and detail-oriented junior Shipper/Receiver to join our logistics team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and tracked. You will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage orders. Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments. Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using our systems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and audits.

Requirements

Proven experience in shipping/receiving roles. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking shipments. Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure is a must. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended period of time. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Working hours are Monday to Friday- 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
