Junior Service Advisor / Drive-Through Assistant

to join our growing service team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service drive-through Assist with check-in, gathering vehicle and service information Communicate customer concerns clearly to Service Advisors and technicians Help schedule service appointments and manage workflow in the service lane Support the Service Advisors with paperwork, estimates, and follow-ups Ensure a smooth, positive customer experience from arrival to departure Maintain a clean and organized drive-through and reception area

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and comfort using digital systems Automotive knowledge is an asset, but

not required

(training provided) Valid driver's license preferred

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
