Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks in accordance with restaurant standards. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed. Handle cash and process payments accurately while adhering to all food service regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in roles involving customer service or food handling. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Experience in the food industry, including serving or barista roles, is highly valued. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are necessary for success in this position. A background in hospitality will be beneficial for providing exceptional service to our guests.
