As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our front-line acquisitions, working with high-value properties and directly negotiating with sellers. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential with the support of a team to ensure your success. You'll be empowered to use advanced, custom-coded AI tools and lead generation strategies to find and close lucrative deals. Key Responsibilities:
Self-scheduled hours:
Manage your time independently while maintaining and exceeding KPIs.
Commission-based role:
There's no cap on how much you can earn! Starting commissions are around $5k, with the potential to earn commissions as high as $200-250k as you gain experience and handle larger commercial deals.
Team accountability:
Work alongside a supportive team who will help you stay accountable and driven toward success.
Leverage cutting-edge tools:
Use custom AI-driven solutions and advanced lead generation systems to identify and close deals.
No real estate license needed:

Requirements:
At least 1 year of sales experience, with proof of successfully closed deals.
Ability to work independently in a remote, results-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to connect with clients and team members.
Solid negotiating skills and the ability to think strategically.
Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to keep track of your sales process in detail.
A problem-solver who can analyze data, spot opportunities, and come up with effective action plans to close deals.
