Junior Reporting Administrator, Residential Services, Co-op
Calgary, AB
Term: May 2023 \xe2\x80\x93 August 2023

As a summer student for our Residential Services team, you will work closely with our Residential team, providing dedicated administrative support during the busy spring and summer months. Our successful candidate will be reliable, organized, and demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical work experience and exposure to the mortgage industry within a professional and dynamic office environment.

About the Role:

• Supporting the reporting team on daily and monthly tasks
• Preparing and reviewing daily reconciliations in accordance with internal standards and procedures, ensuring balances and activities reported are accurate, timely and within the investor guidelines
• Preparing remittance reports to the investor in accordance with investor guidelines and contractual agreements
• Performing other general administration and special duties as assigned

This role is for you if you have:

Must be currently pursuing a post-secondary degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Real Estate

Previous work experience is an asset but not required

Takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion

Flexible and interested in working for a fast-growing organization

Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail

Motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset

Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
