Role Summary:

We're hiring a Junior Real Estate Analyst to support our brokerage teams through business development, market research, data management, and the preparation of client reports. The Research Analyst conducts real estate market and property research to provide market intelligence and support real estate transactions. This role provides exposure to a wide range of commercial property types and is ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys transforming data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Compiles and maintains real estate market information and property data within databases support informed decision-making. Conduct market research to monitor and analyze current real estate conditions and trends. Prepare and tailor real estate market and property reports to meet client needs. Aggregate, analyze, interpret, and report market research data from internal and external sources. Research and provide market information using CoStar, Teranet, GeoWarehouse and other real estate information resources. Prepare client deliverables including reports and presentations

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Real Estate, Economics, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate, research, finance, or analytics (including internships). Computer proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat. Ability to learn new information systems quickly. Resourceful and detail-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data. Ability to manage multiple work-streams and collaborate effectively in a team setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of real estate markets and trends, or eagerness to learn. RECO license not required.

Pay: $35,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
