Junior Property Accountant/admin

Part-time, 20 hours/week, Permanent (to be Full-time after 12 months)

:



Rent roll processing (majorly residential rental properties) maintenance of property accounting records for the assigned portfolio Post cash receipts and expense claims Preparation of bank reconciliation Analyze property records and address outstanding issues Assist with various functions within other departments as assigned

Requirements:



Post-secondary education in bookkeeping or accounting Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar accounting position Previous property administration/accounting experience is a strong asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office; most notably in Excel Proven success in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Team orientation and personable, positive approach

Schedule:



20-30 hours per week, flexible schedule (in-person only) Monday to Friday
