Salary: $50,000 - $55,000K Based on Experience + benefitsOur client is a successful and well-established condominium property management company that manages a large portfolio of residential units in the GTA. They are looking to hire an experienced Residential Property Accountant to join their growing team!About the role:
The Residential Property Accountant will be responsible for organizing the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of real estate properties. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Responsibilities would include:

• Prepare full cycle accounting for a portfolio of condominium buildings, including shared facilities.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and supporting schedules.
• Month-end journal entries, bank reconciliation, AP, AR, prepare and reconcile recoveries
• Oversee A/R and A/P including review cash requirement reports and reconcile tenant statements. Monitor banking deposits and daily balances.
• Process owner changes and EFT transfers for common element fees.
• Monitor operational expenses monthly by performing variance analysis

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience
• Experience with Yardi Voyageur S7 would be considered an asset
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Capable of prioritizing work to meet operational timelines with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, results oriented, flexible and team player
