With a strong, active and familial culture, Pub United is the agency\'s social club, hosting events as wide reaching as Curling, Trivia Nights and more.We\'re searching for a Junior Project Manager with 1-2 years in a Project Coordinator role ready for the next step. Publicis Health is a digital agency environment with a focus on pharma advertising.The Junior Project Manager will have an understanding of the creative process from brief though to production, and work with a senior PM to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget. Working closely with Program Managers within a Production environment, the Junior project manager will help lead project schedules, resources and workflows on a variety of digital projects; banners, social adds, website, photoshoots. The junior project manager will focus on the end-to-end project workflow, the delivery of high quality and efficient work, while mitigating risks and working quickly to resolve any issues that arise.

  • Excellent planner, organizer, and communicator
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and strong relationship building skills in order to navigate complex and diverse project needs
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, able to problem-solve autonomously within uncertain project environments
  • Assist in scope and estimate development.
  • Work with PM, creative, account management, and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of assets and deliverables, while also facilitating inter-departmental communication between teams.
  • Delivery of the project to the highest possible standard.
  • Ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget.
  • Proactively communicate project information to all stakeholders involved, ensuring any changes to the project scope are communicated.
  • Flag potential impacts to timings and estimates, ensuring they are revised accordingly.
  • Nurture cross-functional agency relationships and be the ultimate problem solver.
  • Consistent involvement in status and creative meetings, ensuring action steps are always communicated.
Qualifications
  • Relevant university or college training
  • 1-2 years of experience working as a project coordinator in an agency environment with a focus on pharma advertising or open to learning pharma
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Knowledge of any project, task and knowledge management tools, ie. MS Project, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment
