Job Description


Our valued Telecommunications client is actively seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support various aspects of project management and financial reporting.

Initial 2 to 4 year contract, working hybrid (3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote) anywhere in Canada (candidates in an EST time zone are preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the development team.
  • Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all data-related activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to cross-reference invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform efficient and accurate data entry tasks to support various aspects of project management and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the finance and development teams to cross-reference invoices, ensuring alignment with project activities.
  • Verify invoice details, reconcile discrepancies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support the month-end financial reporting process by providing necessary administrative assistance.
  • Assist in preparing financial documents, reports, and presentations as required by the finance team.
Must-Have Skills
  • 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator
  • Experience with MS Office, Excel
  • Experience with Data Entry
