The Junior Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management team with organizing, tracking, and executing roofing projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with daily coordination of roofing projects
Prepare and update project schedules, documentation, and reports
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and field staff to ensure smooth workflow
Support material procurement, work orders, and submittal processes
Maintain accurate project records and documentation in Procore
Review blueprints and drawings using AutoCAD
Monitor site progress, safety documentation, and compliance
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in project coordination or construction administration (roofing experience is an asset)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Procore is required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
