Assist Senior Estimator with:

Overview:

The function of the Plumbing Estimator is to assist the Estimation Department in the daily quoting and estimating operations of Milo.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist Senior Estimator with:

Interpreting tender package drawings Plumbing calcs/measurements Compile project information into quoting software Calculate project pricing Create project specific quote documents
2. Service and small job quotes for Plumbing department

3. Assist PM with pre-job scope and budget

4. Ongoing project pricing/budgeting.

Transition schedule & role requirements:

Contract, expectation management, job shadowing with fellow department employees (0 to 6 months) Practice design on completed jobs, drawing, manual quoting (after 3 to 6 months) Site visits / walk-throughs of renovations and/or potential projects prior to quoting (6 months to 1 year) Design, price, and quote design - build project without mechanical drawing assistance (after 1 year) Update / dial-in assemblies / utilities & services (after 1 year)

Industry / Trade Knowledge in Plumbing is required. Wage is highly dependent on level of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
