Job Description
Simpson's Fence (London) Ltd is seeking a Junior Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have some knowledge and interest in general construction, along with good good people and time-management skills. In addition they will possess good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Full-time days (Mon-Fri). Main Duties:
Communicate with customers regarding projects Perform site visits to obtain and verify site details prior to bidding or prior to projects commencing Work with senior staff to prepare detailed estimates Solicit pricing from suppliers & subcontractors Review project details & requirements Prepare bid submission documents Perform pre-construction discussions with installers to verify project details, and communicate with installers throughout installation periods
Qualifications:
Computer Proficiency- Excel / Word / Outlook or similar Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) Excellent time management & organization skills Clean Drivers Abstract Bondable Able to build & maintain lasting relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
