Job Description

Position Summary:

The Junior Planner supports project scheduling, data analysis, and coordination across departments to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This role assists senior planners and project managers in maintaining project timelines, identifying risks, and preparing reports to facilitate smooth project delivery.
Work You'll Do:Support the development of project schedules and timelines. Assist in collecting, analyzing, and managing project data. Coordinate with various departments to gather information and ensure smooth workflow. Update and maintain project documentation and records. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones. Help identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies. Participate in project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Team:

This role will be part of the Manufacturing / Operations Planning team, supporting project and production planning activities.
Basic Qualifications:Education in Planning, Business Administration, or Project Management (preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to learn new software and tools quickly. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:Prior internship or experience related to planning or project management. Basic understanding of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
