Are you a master multitasker with a passion for logistics and customer service? NewCold is looking for a Junior Planner to keep our operations running as smoothly as our world-class cold chain!


At NewCold, we're not just about temperature control -- we're about precision, performance, and people! As a Junior Planner, you'll be the go-to for checking in deliveries, welcoming drivers with top-tier service, and making sure internal orders are dispatched like clockwork. You'll also monitor our automated systems to ensure all picking, staging, loading, and unloading activities are right on schedule.

What You'll Do:

Be the friendly face (and voice) of NewCold for incoming drivers and deliveries Dispatch internal orders with speed and accuracy Keep a close eye on our high-tech automation to ensure flawless execution Solve problems on the fly to keep everything moving on time Support warehouse coordination with real-time planning and communication

You Bring:

A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills A sharp eye for detail and love for fast-paced environments Confidence working with systems and technology (we'll train you on ours!) Previous logistics or planning experience is a bonus -- but not required
